We know you like to take good care of others, but did you know that taking good care of yourself IS taking care of others? Yes, when you take good care of your health, you help other people because YOU MATTER.

In addition to getting a quick checkup, we encourage you, regardless of your age, to take good care of your mental health, especially during these stressful times. If you don’t take care of your mental health, you’ll feel bad physically, and your immune system will weaken.

Please take time for yourself every day. Go for a walk and eat, fresh healthy food. Make sure you PLAY and find joy in little moments. Turn off the media and talk to family and friends. And only worry about what you can control (which is your own response to any given situation) at any given moment.
